New Asia!!
Met up with Fitrie first and head off to New Asia Bar.
was pretty lost as there were too many directions. but of course i still made it. the view was good.. but i guess Singapore didn't have a lot of tall and bright buildings or rather decorative buildings (christmas deco) unlike how New Yorkers love to decorate their buildings and roads festively. and it's still raining heavily on wednesday night so we could not really see anything..
i drank champagne "Brut Imperial". i realised that no one serves Brut Rose by glass.. its always by bottle.. sigh.. but Imperial was good too.. not as sweet as Rose. haha.. like i said, i'm much into champagne than any others..
head off to clarke quay with ele later to meet her friend, working at a bar called "The Clinic". this is the place where you eat at the operating table aka dining table and your seats are wheelchairs.. very interesting concept. tried to check out their website but they dun really show the interior or the food they serve. but i guess its pretty worth the try some time.. haha..
Its already the New Year 2007! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! Hope all your 2007 resolutions will come true. my 2007 resolutions?? pretty hard to achieve but i'm sure with determination and hard work, i will make it!
VALERIE'S 2007 RESOLUTION
- Travel to Taiwan during March with besties
- Convince my parents about education support to University at Buffalo
- Travel to Japan during for Christmas, New Year 2008 and my birthday! (just nice 2 weeks)
- Full-time job in PR / Advertising and Promotions Industry
I guess this is good but I know as time pass, I'll expect more of myself and nevertheless, I'll carry the Never-Say-Die Attitude!
