Meaningful
All our lives we search for someone who makes us complete.
We choose partners and change partners.
We dance the song of heartbreak and hope all the while,
wondering if somewhere,
somehow there is someone searching for us.
Dance as though no one is watching you.
Love as though you have never been hurt before.
Sing as though no one can hear you.
Live as though heaven is on earth.
Our lives are not determined by what happens to us
but by how we react to what happens,
not by what life brings to us,
but by the attitude we bring to life.
A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes.
It is a catalyst,
a spark that creates extraordinary results.
this was sent by grace, my freshie.. when i read it, WOW!!! this was really meaningful.. hopefully i can learn to pick myself up, i can slowly learn to boost my self-esteem.. really thanks to her.. haha.. glad i'm her best GL even though she wasn't in my sub-empire and didnt get to interact with her much.. hehe..
reading the first paragraph really start to make me think about the past.. i went through the heartbreak song for almost 6 months and its really time to stand up from the fall.. til now i'm still afraid of many things, i'm still running away from many things, many ppl, almost everything.. and its really time for me to dance, love and sing as though i've never experienced bad things before, this way, can i get to learn more new things and be more optimistic about life.. indeed is the attitude that we carry that determines what's going to happen to us in the future..
